Youth and Responsibility Training Course Organized by OTED and Future University
As part of ongoing efforts to empower young people and strengthen community awareness, the Organization for Talent Entrepreneurship and Development (OTED), in cooperation with Mustaqbal University, organized a special training course titled “Youth and Responsibility.”
The course targeted students and university staff and was presented in the Pashto language. It was held in the main hall of Mustaqbal University with strong attendance, while also being streamed online to allow participants from different regions to benefit from the program.
The course was delivered by Dr. Hayatullah Atid, who spoke in an educational and motivational style about the importance of responsibility among youth and their role in building society, shaping the future, and contributing to the development of their country intellectually, morally, and academically.
The program is part of a series of extracurricular activities aimed at developing youth personalities, enhancing leadership skills, and increasing self-awareness in line with the vision of Mustaqbal University and OTED in preparing an aware and influential generation.
Importance of Responsibility Among Youth

The course focused on one of the most important challenges facing modern societies today: preparing a generation that possesses responsibility, discipline, and the ability to make decisions confidently.
During the session, Dr. Hayatullah Atid discussed several important topics, including:
- The meaning of responsibility in youth life
- Building leadership character among young people
- The relationship between responsibility and academic success
- The role of universities in preparing students for the future
- The importance of self-awareness and discipline
- Facing modern challenges with confidence and awareness
- The value of teamwork, initiative, and community service
The training also witnessed strong interaction from students and attendees, with open discussions and questions about the challenges youth face in academic, social, and professional life.
In-Person and Online Participation
The course was held at the main auditorium of Mustaqbal University in Kabul, Afghanistan, with the attendance of students, faculty members, and university staff.
At the same time, the event was broadcast live online, allowing a larger audience from inside and outside Afghanistan to participate.
This reflects the growing interest of modern educational institutions in combining traditional classroom learning with digital education to increase access to training and educational opportunities.
Presenting the course in the Pashto language also helped deliver the educational and motivational messages more effectively to the target audience, especially university students.
